DELIVERY

Do I need to be home at the time of the delivery?

Yes! Please do not schedule a delivery during a time window in which no one is home to receive the delivery. If no one is home at the time we deliver your groceries, we will call your mobile phone to ask for options on how to complete the delivery.

We cannot leave orders unattended for any reason. A person 21 years or older with valid government ID must be present to receive the order.

How do I report a problem with my order?

Oh no! We hope this never happens, but we’re happy to resolve this for you immediately. Please call, email or text our Customer Experience Team so we can help! Contact info can be found here.

Please note that we cannot refund or return items that have been opened or consumed. If you received the wrong item and it is unopened, we can switch it out for you at a time that is convenient.

How do I reschedule my order?

As long as your Shopper has not started working on your order, you can change the date and time up to 6 days in advance.

Please note that a $15 reschedule fee may be issued if your order has already been assigned to a shopper.

Where's my receipt?

Great question! You will receive an email confirmation with a digital receipt once your order is delivered.

Do you use company cars or personal vehicles?

We use a crowdsourcing model, so our reliable Beer Butlers use their personal vehicles.
